Our client was moving into a new office which had previously had tenants.  Our client was able to provide us with the most recent Electricity and Gas invoices from the previous tenant and asked if it was better to take on those contracts and just do a change of tenancy or change suppliers, which you are free to do as any new tenant in a building.

After doing our free energy audit and searching the market on our client’s behalf we were able to advise our client that we could procure both Gas and Electricity at better rates.  With a reduction on Electricity by 22% and a reduction on Gas by 38%.

Our client gave us the go ahead so we handled the changed of tenancy, serve termination notices on the current contracts and handled the contract change to the new suppliers.
